"They do not understand BPM" - in other words, they do not get the return from BPM because they don't do BPM really :)

But why didn't they catch it for so many years - is it a rocket science? Aren't BPM prophets and respectfull analysts do enough for education? Or is it evil vendors who confuse the prospective customers?

Anyway, under such circumstances the good news is that they try to do it even without full understanding. Doers always have a chance.
